About Us
The SCIENTIFIC INSTITUTE OF HIGHER EDUCATION, ICES, opened its doors in April 2006 with the aim of offering professional study plans, undergraduate level, in rehabilitation, as a solution to the growing need that is presented worldwide and at the national level in the care of people with disabilities. The ICES being the first and only rehabilitation teaching institute in the State of Veracruz, incorporated into the SEV and with all the corresponding registrations and validations.
In addition to imparting theoretical knowledge in the area of health, ICES supports its teaching with different clinical fields for the practice of its students, with a Physical Rehabilitation Clinic attached to the institute and different agreements with health institutions, which are responsible for the rehabilitation disabled people of all kinds, achieving with this a quality education for their students preparing them as true experts in the area of rehabilitation.
